Seed & Sprout partnered with Growth Gurus to optimize existing lifecycle flows and deliver a Phase One rollout of their SMS strategy. This began with an in-depth marketing analytics review to understand repeat purchase behaviour, natural upsell and cross-sell patterns, and key drop-off points across the customer journey. From there, we restructured high-intent flows, including Browse Abandonment and introduced SMS intentionally, aligning timing and channel choice to customer behaviour rather than increasing overall message volume.
